I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, right in the center of Arundel with everything at my doorstep. The rooms were cozy, but the low ceilings were a bit tricky for taller guests. The service was friendly, but could use a bit of improvement in the professionalism department. The dining experience was good with a nice selection, but the residents' dinner menu was a bit limited. Overall, a great place to stay in Arundel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, offering a street-facing view from the top floor, even though we had a small issue with the wardrobe doors and the absence of a bedside table. The cleanliness was top-notch, but unfortunately, the hotel grounds were not as well-maintained. On the plus side, the hotel's location was superb, providing easy access to various attractions in Arundel.
